Accreditations

At ARH we continuously look for ways to improve our current practices and develop our methods to ensure we continuously provide a quality service to the Customer. Our current accreditations are listed below; behind the scenes we are working on gaining our ISO 9001, ISO 140001 and also raise the bar on our Investors in People accreditation by going for the Bronze award with future plans of building on this already strong foundation.

Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in Great Britain and Isle of Man on 1 April 2009 and Northern Ireland and Guernsey on 1 April 2010.  The sole purpose of the register is to ensure that all Gas works carried out are done so safely and within the standards of the latest regulations. ARH will only use Gas Safe accredited engineers when carrying out Gas works on either commercial or domestic properties.
 

SAFEcontractor was initially developed as a bespoke project for a Property Management client, who wished to outsource the annual vetting of contractors on its approved list. Interest shown by other similar clients identified the potential for a standardised system that could be offered to the whole of the company's client base.
 

In 1997 a group of health and safety and procurement professionals from across Great Britain worked with the Association of London Government (ALG) to develop CHAS. CHAS started with two main aims. 1. To improve health and safety standards across Great Britain.
2. To reduce duplicated safety applications for both suppliers and buyers.
 

Launched in 1991, Investors in People offers a business improvement tool designed to help all kinds of organisations develop performance through their people. It provides tailored assessments designed to support organisations in planning, implementing and evaluating effective strategies and is relevant for organisations of all sizes and sectors.
 

NICEIC is the UK electrical contracting industry’s independent voluntary body. We offer leading certification services, Building Regulations Schemes, products and support to electrical contractors and many other trades within the construction industry.
