ARH offer an extensive range of Facilities Management services to meet our clients’ requirements, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Cyclical Routine Maintenance and 24-hour Reactive Response Maintenance.
Our team of highly trained and multi-disciplined engineers working across the UK, supported by our 24/7 dedicated help desk, effective performance monitoring and client portal, underpins our commitment to service excellence and our first time fix rate of over 90%.
We pride ourselves on being a valued extension of our clients’ own teams; we have engineers on the ground across the whole of the UK allowing accurate and detailed responses and feedback to our clients.
Our dedicated multi-skilled team manage reactive and emergency issues via our in-house 24-hour customer service helpdesk. An engineer closest to the client’s location (identified via a vehicle satellite tracking service) will be dispatched to site as quickly as possible to resolve any issue.
ARH employ engineers with specific disciplines in Electrical, Mechanical, Fabric and HVAC. We pride ourselves on the quality and expertise that our engineers have, however to ensure we offer our clients’ the finest service our engineers are developed so they have multi-disciplines which allows an electrical engineer to carry out general tasks on a HVAC call out or issue.
All our engineers are fully qualified and hold the relevant accreditation for their trades (NICEIC, Gas Safe, F Gas). This, once again ensures that the service provided to our clients’ is paramount.
We continually monitor multiple key data services and produce comprehensive reports identifying our core strengths and any areas for potential improvement with reporting processes, frequencies and data specifically tailor-made to suit every client’s precise needs.
Interim reports and updates can also be made available in a variety of formats including via our Client Portal which enables clients to access data at their convenience.
We can manage and control the entire maintenance schedule so that our clients are free to focus on what they do best, with the peace of mind that their maintenance requirements are in the safest hands.
