We pride ourselves on being a valued extension of our clients’ own teams; we have engineers on the ground across the whole of the UK allowing accurate and detailed responses and feedback to our clients.

Our dedicated multi-skilled team manage reactive and emergency issues via our around the clock customer service helpdesk. An engineer closest to the client’s location (identified via a vehicle satellite tracking service) will be dispatched to site as quickly as possible to resolve any issue.

ARH employ engineers with specific disciplines in Electrical, Mechanical, Fabric and HVAC. We pride ourselves on the quality and expertise that our engineers have, however to ensure we offer our clients’ the finest service our engineers are developed so they have multi-disciplines which allows an electrical engineer to carry out general tasks on a HVAC call out or issue.

All our engineers are fully qualified and hold the relevant accreditation for their trades (NICEIC, Gas Safe, F Gas). This, once again ensures that the service provided to our clients’ is paramount.

Managing performance …

We continually monitor multiple key data services and produce comprehensive reports identifying our core strengths and any areas for potential improvement with reporting processes, frequencies and data specifically tailor-made to suit every client’s precise needs.

Interim reports and updates can also be made available in a variety of formats including via our Client Portal which enables clients to access data at their convenience.
